♥Rise, Align & Shine with me this for 7 days of Pilates inspired movement in this new online challenge♥ In this challenge I will guide you through a week of energising exercises to help strengthen your core, improve your balance, and enhance your overall well-being. Suitable for beginner to intermediate level, enjoy a series of mini-classes, each with a different sequence of movement and particular focus or theme. Designed to easily fit into your day, each class is no longer than 15 minutes and there is a new sequence for each day of the week. The course is intended to be taken over seven days but you can easily repeat each class more than once as you will have access for 14 days from the date of sign up. For a longer workout you could also choose to add 2 or more together! Perfect for times when you can't make it into the studio (or when your instructor goes off hiking into the hills!!) Find balance, focus on your alignment and posture, feel centred and strong and take a moment each day to keep your Pilates practice strong.
