Service Description
Individualised Pilates program based on requirements, experience and goals. Each session emphasises building confidence, endurance and ability, using Pilates equipment and adding small props/mat/floor work to keep things fresh, engaging and effective. These sessions are for those without injury, with a reasonable level of fitness and familiar with Pilates fundamentals. New beginners should preferably book some 1:1 Private sessions first; however 2-3 new beginners wanting to start together are very welcome to book into a scheduled semi-private or any 1:1 session time can be changed to a semi-private.
